Personal/Contact Information: BundID (German Federal User Account)

Deutsche Version: Personen-/Kontaktdaten: BundID

This functionality is available as a possible option in the context of the self-registration in HISinOne (for people who do not have an active UniAccount or application account). If you have an active UniAccount or application account, please read the chapter Link BundID with own personal data record below.

1. Without logging into the system first, go to the „Application“ menu option in HISinOne and call up the function Registration.
2. If you don't have an active application account or UniAccount, confirm with 'OK'. Otherwise stop here and read the instruction Link BundID with own personal data record below.
3. In HISinOne click the link in the section 'Import data from BundID account…'.
4. Log yourself in with your BundID access data by https://id.bund.de/en/eservice/konto (in the test system https://int.id.bund.de/en/eservice/konto).
5. You will be automatically redirected back to HISinOne.
6. If you don't have an active application account or UniAccount, confirm with 'OK'.
7. The data transferred once from the BundID should now have been automatically transferred to the HISinOne self-registration form.
   • The data that has been transferred once can now be checked on the interface and corrected if necessary
   • Fill the mandatory fields manually that cannot be filled from the BundID (e.g. nationality)
8. The following technical data from your BundID is cached in the background and is not displayed on the interface:
   • BundID bPK2: The bereichsspezifische Personenkennzeichen (area specific person indicator) (2nd Version) is a unique reference for HISinOne to the current BundID account in use
   • BundID mailbox reference: unique reference to the digital mailbox of the BundID account currently in use.
   • STORK-QAA-Level: Confidence level of current registration with BundID: „basic registration“ (STORK-QAA level 1), „substantial“ (STORK-QAA level 3) or „high“ (STORK-QAA level 4).
9. If you complete the registration successfully , the data displayed on the interface, as well as the BundID bPK2 and the BundID mailbox reference are saved with your new personal record. The confidence level of the current registration (STORK-QAA level) is not saved.

1. Log yourself in wih your UniAccount in the Campus-Management-System HISinOne.
2. In case that you have more than one roles, switch to the roles Mitarbeiter/in, Extern/Gast, Studieren oder Bewerben (Studienplatz).
3. On the home page, switch to the BundID tab. On mobile devices, switch from „Infomartions“ to „BundID“ in the drop-down list.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
5. Log yourself in with your BundID access data by https://id.bund.de/en/eservice/konto.
6. You will be redirected back to HISinOne automatically.
7. A text page would appear by successful linking which explains which data were transferred.
8. Should the linking comes to an error, unfortunately at this moment only an unspecific error message would appear „Error: your registration was unfortunately not successful…“. It would occur in most cases when a BundID is already linked with your personal data record (see the section below "Delete linked BundID").

Prerequisites

• You have registered yourself in HISinOne with BundID, or
• you have linked your BundID with your personal data record
• and have an (still) active account in HISinOne (UniAccount or application account)

Procedures

• Call up the function on the home page of HISinOne 'Sign in with BundID'
• Log yourself in with your BundID access data by https://id.bund.de/en/eservice/konto
• You will be redirected back to HISinOne automatically and are logged in at HISinOne

You can view your already linked BundID

• regardless of whether you are currently logged in at HISinOne with your BundID or not
  • in the roles 'Mitarbeiter/in', 'Extern / Gast' und 'Bewerben (Studienplatz)' under Personal and contact data: View own personal data, at the tab 'Person identifiers'.
  • In the role 'Studieren' at the moment unfortunately nothing
• when you are currently logged in at HISinOne with your BundID
  • On the home page, switch to the BundID tab. On mobile devices, switch from „Information“ to „BundID“ in the drop-down list.
  • The data is displayed in the „Data control display BundID account“ portlet

Immer wenn etwas schiefläuft, erscheit die unspezifische Fehlermeldung „Fehler: Ihre Anmeldung war leider nicht erfolgreich …“

Folgende Fälle sind uns dazu bisher bekannt:

Problem: Der Versuch schlägt fehl sich mit einer BundID zu registrieren oder eine BundID mit einem Personendatensatz in HISinOne zu verknüpfen, die bereits mit einem Persondatensatz in HISinOne verknüpft ist.
Kontrollmöglichkeit: Versuchen Sie sich mit ihrer BundID an HISinOne anzumelden.

• Ist dies erfolgreich, so ist ihre BundID bereits verküpft.
• Schlägt der Versuch fehl, könnte es sein, dass sie keinen aktiven lokalen Account mehr in HISinOne haben oder alle ihre Rollen abgelaufen sind.

Hinweis: nicht gleich verzweifeln, wenn wir ggf. mehrfach nachfragen. Von ihrer BundID sehen wir im System nur die eindeutige BundID bPk2 für das Campus-Management-System der Universität Freiburg und die BundID-Postfach-Referenz. Sie sehen die in HISinOne ebenfalls, aber nicht in ihrem BundID-Konto. Sie sehen in ihrem BundID-Konto ihren eindeutigen Benutzernamen und ihre eindeutige E-Mail. Der Benutzername wird nicht zu uns übertragen und die in der BundID hinterlegte E-Mail nicht als BundID-E-Mail in HISinOne gespeichert. Deshalb ist die Fehlersuche für uns nicht immer ganz einfach …

Problem: Im Anmeldedialog bietet das Portal https://id.bund.de auch die Möglichkeit „Temporärer Login“. Die Anmeldung in oder Datenübernahme nach HISinOne schlägt aber fehl, da keine BundID bPk2 übertragen wird, die HISinOne aber zwingend erwartet. Dies schlägt in allen Varianten für die temporäre Anmeldung fehl, egal ob mit Online-Ausweisfunktion, Europäische eID oder ELSTER.
Lösung: Registrieren Sie sich für eine BundID (Nutzerkonto Bund). Danach sollte es in folgenden Varianten funktionieren (sofern sie diese bei Ihrer BundID hinterlegt haben): Online-Ausweisfunktion, Europäische eID, ELSTER oder Benutzername / Passwort.

Problem: Im Anmeldedialog bietet das Portal https://id.bund.de auch die Möglichkeit „Login mit anderem Benutzerkonto“, z.B. über ein Servicekonto Baden-Württemberg. https://www.service-bw.de zeigt ihnen nach erfolgreicher Authentifizierung die Daten an, die übertragen werden sollen. Die Anmeldung in oder Datenübernahme nach HISinOne schlägt aber fehl, da keine BundID bPk2 übertragen wird, die HISinOne aber zwingend erwartet.
Lösung: Registrieren Sie sich für eine BundID (Nutzerkonto Bund). Danach sollte es in folgenden Varianten funktionieren (sofern sie diese bei Ihrer BundID hinterlegt haben): Online-Ausweisfunktion, Europäische eID, ELSTER oder Benutzername / Passwort.
